In Friday's league match, the visiting Cheverus Stags softball team scored a nice 21-2 win over the Deering Rams.

The Stags (8-0) will now prepare for their match against Massabesic (Waterboro, ME). The Mustangs come into the Class A South match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Massabesic notched a victory over Falmouth (Falmouth, ME), 16-1, in a league match.
