Springfield Blue Devils (Holland, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perrysburg for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 19. Springfield will battle a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Whitmer (Toledo, OH). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Ashland falls to 17-3 on the campaign.
