The Mercyhurst Prep Lakers crushed the host Seneca Bobcats baseball team by a count of 12-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Lakers now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Erie for a non-league game on Thursday, May 18. Mercyhurst Prep will clash with a Royals team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA). The Royals record now stands at 9-10.

The Bobcats (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Iroquois (Erie, PA). The Braves go into the non-league game with a 7-10 record. In their last game, Iroquois was overwhelmed by Cochranton (Cochranton, PA), 11-1, in a league game.
