Washington High School Softball - Hoquiam bounces Stevenson
May 17, 2023: Hoquiam, WA 98550 Hoquiam Grizzlies (Hoquiam, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Stevenson Bulldogs (Stevenson, WA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Grizzlies now own a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they host Elma for a 1A Evergreen challenge on Wednesday, May 17. Hoquiam will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 23-2 non-league win over Winlock (Winlock, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Stevenson falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 17. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 8-4. King's Way Christian 3-3 in their recent league challenge against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA)
