In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Huntington North Vikings (Huntington, IN) softball team overwhelmed the host Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN), by a margin of 12-3.

With the triumph, Huntington North moves its record to 23-2 on the year. The Vikings travel to Columbia City (Columbia City, IN) to play the Eagles in a non-league contest on Monday, May 22. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 15-5.
