Minnesota High School Softball - Orono bounces Jefferson
May 17, 2023: Bloomington, MN 55437 Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN), 4-0 in a league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a Metro West challenge on Wednesday, May 17. Orono will battle a Jaguars squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-3.
With the loss, Jefferson falls to 13-4 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Orono (Long Lake, MN) to battle the Spartans in a Metro West challenge on Wednesday, May 17. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
