May 17, 2024: Rutherford, NJ 07070 St. Mary Gaels (Rutherford, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Rutherford Bulldogs (Rutherford, NJ), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, St. Mary upgrades its record to 14-8 on the season. The Gaels travel to Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, May 18. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 13-12. Passaic County Tech won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ)
With the defeat, Rutherford falls to 10-11 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ) to battle the Cutters in a non-league test on Saturday, May 18. The Cutters come into the test with a record of 11-13. Fair Lawn lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ)
