May 17, 2024: Cross River, NY 10536 John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting New Dorp Central Cougars (Staten Island, NY), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wolves battle the Newtown Pioneers (Elmhurst, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 20. John Jay will attempt to advance on its 11-1 season record. The Pioneers come into the match with a 11-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Flushing (Flushing, NY).
With the loss, New Dorp drops to 9-3 on the campaign.
