May 17, 2024: Waterbury, CT 06708 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) and the visiting Kaynor Tech Panthers (Waterbury, CT), saw Kennedy's softball squad achieve victory over Kaynor Tech by a count of 22-2.
The Eagles now sport a 2-16 record.
With the loss, Kaynor Tech falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT) to face the Warriors in a Connecticut Tech match on Monday, May 20. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 11-7. Norwich RVT won 13-12 in their recent non-league match against Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT)
