New York High School Baseball - Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama nips Cassadaga Valley
May 17, 2025: Clymer, NY 14781 The Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama Wolfpack (Clymer, NY) baseball got by the visiting Cassadaga Valley Cougars (Sinclairville, NY), 1-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Wolfpack now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host Frewsburg for a CCAA II West challenge on Monday, May 19. Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama will clash with a Bears team coming off a 16-5 league win over Brocton (Brocton, NY). The Bears record now stands at 16-5.
With the defeat, Cassadaga Valley drops to 6-9 on the year. The Cougars travel to Chautauqua Lake (Mayville, NY) to clash with the Eagles in a CCAA II West challenge on Monday, May 19. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Chautauqua Lake won 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Maple Grove (Bemus Point, NY)
