The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the Tolman Tigers (Pawtucket, RI) and the host Central Knights (Providence, RI), saw Tolman's baseball team gain a win over Central by a tally of 7-1.

The Tigers (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Classical (Providence, RI). The Purple enter the Division 3 battle with a 3-15 record. In their last battle, Classical was overwhelmed by Scituate (North Scituate, RI), 5-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Knights face the East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) in a Division 2 battle, on Sunday, May 18. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Avengers enter the battle with a 10-7 record after their 6-5 league win over Toll Gate (Warwick, RI).
