May 17, 2025: Edina, MN 55439 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Edina Hornets (Edina, MN) and the visiting Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN), saw Edina's baseball team gain a win over Washburn by a tally of 11-1.
The Hornets (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against Osseo (Osseo, MN). The Orioles enter the non-league battle with a 4-15 record. In their last battle, Osseo was overwhelmed by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 15-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Millers face the Champlin Park Rebels (Champlin, MN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 19. Washburn will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 11-5 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN).
