Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting University School Preppers (Hunting Valley, OH), 11-9 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Grove City advances its record to 15-7 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Upper Arlington (Columbus, OH) to battle the Golden Bears in a non-league match on Monday, May 19. The Golden Bears come into the match with a record of 11-12. Upper Arlington lost 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH)

The Preppers now have a 21-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Ignatius for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 21. University School will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-4.
