In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Pike Central Chargers baseball team scored a nice 9-0 win over the Wood Memorial Trojans.

The Chargers (4-13) will now prepare for their game against Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN). The Rangers go into the Pocket game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Forest Park was overwhelmed by Jasper (Jasper, IN), 8-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Trojans play the Cannelton Bulldogs (Cannelton, IN) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 19. Wood Memorial will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record.
