May 17, 2025: Hopewell Junction, NY 12590 John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Wappinger Warriors (Hopewell Junction, NY), 17-10 in a non-league game.
With the victory, John Jay improves its record to 11-4 on the season. The Wolves host Suffern (Suffern, NY) to play the Mounties in a non-league game on Monday, May 19. The Mounties come into the game with a record of 4-2. Suffern lost 11-7 in their recent non-league game against Rye (Rye, NY)
The Warriors now have a 4-1 record.
