Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), 10-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Prospect improves its record to 2-0 on the year.

The Eagles now hold a 16-11 record. They play next when they travel to Loyola Academy for a non-league game on Monday, May 19. Taft will face a Ramblers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Ramblers record now stands at 7-2.
