In Saturday's non-league test, the Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) softball squad got by the visiting Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Falcons meet the Westview Warriors (Topeka, IN) in a Northeast Corner test, on Tuesday, May 20. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 9-8 record after their 14-10 non-league loss to Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN).

The Vikings (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Jimtown (Elkhart, IN). The Jimmies go into the Northern State test with a 14-9 record.
