The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Pioneer Panthers (Royal Center, IN) and the visiting Kouts Mustangs & Fillies (Kouts, IN), observed Pioneer's softball team get by Kouts by a tally of 9-2.

The Panthers (17-10) will now prepare for their bout against Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 8-16 record. In their last bout, Twin Lakes was routed by Winamac (Winamac, IN), 5-4, in a non-league bout.
