West Vigo Vikings (West Terre Haute, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Northview Knights (Brazil, IN), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, West Vigo upgrades its record to 20-5 on the season. The Vikings host South Vermillion (Clinton, IN) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, May 21. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 11-6.

With the defeat, Northview falls to 14-3 on the season. The Knights host Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Saturday, May 22.
