May 18, 2021: Lemon Grove, CA 91945 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Liberty Charter Lions (Lemon Grove, CA) and the visiting Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA), saw Liberty Charter's volleyball squad beat Valhalla by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Liberty Charter upgrades its record to 10-0 on the year. The Lions host The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA) to play the Griffins in a Summit bout on Wednesday, May 19. The Griffins go into the bout with a record of 1-7. The Cambridge School lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against San Diego Academy (National City, CA)
The Norsemen now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Santana for a Grossmont Hills bout on Wednesday, May 19. Valhalla will play a Sultans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA). The Sultans record now stands at 16-5.
