The South Central Satellites the visiting Tri-Township Tigers baseball team by a tally of 6-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Satellites now hold a 15-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hebron for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 25. South Central will face a Hawks team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to South Central (Union Mills, IN). The Hawks record now stands at 13-7.

Next, the Tigers face the Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks (Hammond, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 21. Tri-Township will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 9-5 record after their 17-7 non-league win over East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN).
