New York High School Softball - South Seneca sneaks past Mynderse Academy
May 18, 2025: Ovid, NY 14521 In Sunday's non-league match, the host South Seneca Falcons softball team scored a tight 8-7 win over the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils.
The Falcons (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Bradford Central (Bradford, NY). The Braves come into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Bradford Central nipped Honeoye (Honeoye, NY), 21-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Waterloo Tigers (Waterloo, NY) in a Finger Lakes East match, on Monday, May 19. Mynderse Academy will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 9-7 record after their 17-12 league loss to Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY).
