May 19, 2023: Wayland, MA 01778 In Friday's non-league contest, the Needham Rockets (Needham, MA) volleyball squad knocked off the host Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Rockets battle the Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA) in a Bay State contest, on Monday, May 22. Needham will attempt to better on its 18-0 season record. The Flyers come into the contest with a 4-12 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Burlington (Burlington, MA).
With the loss, Wayland drops to 6-10 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Westford Academy (Westford, MA) to battle the Grey Ghosts in a Dual County contest on Tuesday, May 23. The Grey Ghosts come into the contest with a record of 3-11. Westford Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Arlington (Arlington, MA)
