Maine High School Softball - Mount View bounces Maine Central Institute
May 19, 2023: Pittsfield, ME 04967 Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 20-10 in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Belfast for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 29.
With the loss, Maine Central Institute falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host Nokomis (Newport, ME) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 1. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
