May 19, 2025: Lancaster, OH 43130 The Lancaster Golden Gales baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Circleville Tigers to 2 in the Golden Gales non-league win on Monday.
The Golden Gales now own a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westerville South for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 21. Lancaster will play a Wildcats team coming off a 15-5 non-league loss to Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-15.
With the defeat, Circleville drops to 17-6 on the year. The Tigers host Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH) to play the Johnnies in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. The Johnnies go into the test with a record of 12-11. Johnstown-Monroe won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH)
