The Oldenburg Academy Twisters baseball squad (Oldenburg, IN), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN)

With the triumph, Union County moves its record to 7-15 on the season. The Patriots host Centerville (Centerville, IN) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Tri-Eastern bout on Wednesday, May 21. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a record of 3-11. Centerville lost 6-5 in their recent league bout against Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN)

The Twisters (8-8) will now prepare for their bout against Edinburgh (Edinburgh, IN). The Lancers enter the non-league bout with a 6-14 record. In their last bout, Edinburgh was overwhelmed by Waldron (Waldron, IN), 3-1, in a league bout.
