Virginia High School Soccer - West Point knocks off King William
May 19, 2025: West Point, VA 23181 In Monday's league outing, the host West Point Pointers soccer squad scored a tight 8-2 victory over the King William Cavaliers.
The Pointers (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lancaster (Lancaster, VA). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Lancaster was overwhelmed by Bruton (Williamsburg, VA), 9-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA) in a Tidewater outing, on Tuesday, May 20. King William will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Royal Tigers go into the outing with a 4-11 record after their 8-0 league loss to Mathews (Mathews, VA).
