The Lincoln Railsplitters got by the visiting Bedford Kicking Mules softball squad by a count of 7-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Railsplitters meet the Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 22. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 11-22 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, MI).

The Kicking Mules (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Adrian (Adrian, MI). The Maples go into the non-league challenge with a 7-15 record. In their last challenge, Adrian was nudged by Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI), 12-2, in a non-league challenge.
