Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Seymour Owls (Seymour, IN) and the visiting DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN), saw Seymour's baseball squad edge DeKalb by a count of 7-6.

Coming up next, the Owls play the Eastern Musketeers (Pekin, IN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 22. Seymour will attempt to move on its 22-4 season record. The Musketeers enter the battle with a 11-15 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Christian Academy (New Albany, IN).
