Maine High School Lacrosse - Brewer bounces Maine Central Institute
May 20, 2023: Brewer, ME 04412 The Brewer Witches triumphed over the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies lacrosse team by a score of 17-2 in Saturday's non-league match.
With the win, Brewer upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Witches travel to Mt. Blue (Farmington, ME) to play the Cougars in a Class B match on Monday, May 22. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 7-4. Mt. Blue lost 7-6 in their recent non-league match against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME)
With the defeat, Maine Central Institute drops to 0-10 on the season. The Huskies travel to Erskine Academy (South China, ME) to play the Eagles in a Class C match on Monday, May 22. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 5-6. Erskine Academy won 6-2 in their recent league match against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)
