Ohio High School Softball - Otsego can't hold off Maumee
May 20, 2023: Tontogany, OH 43565 The Maumee Panthers softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Otsego Knights to 5 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Maumee improves its record to 6-9 on the year. The Panthers host Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH) to clash with the Generals in a Northern Lakes game on Monday, May 22. The Generals come into the game with a record of 16-2. Anthony Wayne won 6-5 in their recent non-league game against Whitmer (Toledo, OH)
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Elmwood Royals (Bloomdale, OH) in a Northern Buckeye game, on Monday, May 22. Otsego will attempt to improve on its 17-10 season record. The Royals come into the game with a 13-6 record after their 4-2 league win over Genoa Area (Genoa, OH).
