Illinois High School Baseball - Moline prevails Pekin
May 20, 2024: Moline, IL 61265 Moline Maroons (Moline, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Pekin Dragons (Pekin, IL), 10-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Moline upgrades its record to 16-17 on the season. The Maroons travel to Normal Community (Normal, IL) to battle the Ironmen in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 22. The Ironmen come into the test with a record of 31-3. Normal Community won 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL)
With the defeat, Pekin falls to 6-21 on the season.
