Michigan High School Softball - Mt. Pleasant bounces DeWitt
May 20, 2024: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 The Mt. Pleasant Oilers routed the visiting DeWitt Panthers softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Oilers (12-10) will now prepare for their battle against Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Alpena topped Marquette (Marquette, MI), 21-3, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now sport a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mason for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 23. DeWitt will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Coldwater (Coldwater, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-10.
