May 20, 2024: McMinnville, OR 97128 McNary Celtics (Keizer, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host McMinnville Grizzlies (McMinnville, OR), 12-9 in a non-league challenge.
The Celtics now own a 13-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Medford for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 22. McNary will battle a Black Tornado squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over South Salem (Salem, OR). The Black Tornado record now stands at 17-9.
With the loss, McMinnville falls to 18-10 on the campaign.
