The St. John Bosco Braves baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Vista Murrieta Broncos to 4 in the Braves non-league win on Tuesday.

The Braves now hold a 24-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Villa Park for a non-league test on Friday, May 23. St. John Bosco will play a Spartans team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 24-6.

With the defeat, Vista Murrieta drops to 23-6 on the year.
