May 20, 2025: Sanford, ME 04073 In Tuesday's non-league test, the Wells Warriors (Wells, ME) lacrosse team edged the host Sanford Spartans (Sanford, ME), by a count of 7-6.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 29. Wells will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.
The Spartans (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Gorham (Gorham, ME). The Rams enter the Class A test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Gorham got by Westbrook (Westbrook, ME), 15-5, in a non-league test.
