May 20, 2025: Plainfield, IL 60544 Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL), 4-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Benet Academy moves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Redwings travel to Metea Valley (Aurora, IL) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, May 23. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 12-5. Metea Valley lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL)
The Wildcats now sport a 15-4 record.
