Connecticut High School Softball - Kaynor Tech bounces Wilby
May 20, 2025: Waterbury, CT 06708 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Kaynor Tech Panthers (Waterbury, CT) and the visiting Wilby Wildcats (Waterbury, CT), observed Kaynor Tech's softball team notch a victory over Wilby by a tally of 29-6.
The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT). The Tigers go into the Connecticut Tech bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Bullard-Havens was routed by Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT), 19-7, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Derby Red Raiders (Derby, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass bout, on Friday, May 23. Wilby will attempt to advance on its 0-15 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Harding (Bridgeport, CT).
