May 21, 2023: Memphis, TN 38118 The crowd at Sunday's non-league test between the Sheffield Knights (Memphis, TN) and the visiting Crosstown Explorers (Memphis, TN), saw Sheffield's soccer squad knock off Crosstown by a margin of 3-1.
The Knights now sport a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Alcoa for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 23. Sheffield will meet a Tornadoes squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Oneida (Oneida, TN). The Tornadoes record now stands at 13-9.
With the loss, Crosstown drops to 9-8 on the season.
