Virginia High School Baseball - Woodside loses to Gloucester
May 21, 2024: Gloucester, VA 23061 The Gloucester Dukes crushed the visiting Woodside Wolverines baseball team by a count of 14-4 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Dukes now possess a 18-2 record. They take the field next when they host Warhill for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 22. Gloucester will play a Lions squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Lions record now stands at 4-15.
The Wolverines now possess a 5-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel for a Peninsula battle on Wednesday, May 22. Woodside will play a Bruins squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Hampton (Hampton, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 15-4.
