Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Metea Valley upgrades its record to 13-19 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL) to battle the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 23. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 16-17. Wheaton North won 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL)

With the defeat, Streamwood falls to 24-9 on the season.
