In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) softball team held off the host Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers (Bridgewater, NJ), by a margin of 9-8.

With the triumph, Ridge moves its record to 10-11 on the year. The Red Devil travel to Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ) to play the Bees in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 28.
