The Central Regional Golden Eagles nipped the host Millville Thunderbolts softball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Golden Eagles (18-3) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern (Voorhees, NJ). The Vikings go into the non-league battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, Eastern held off Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
