New Jersey High School Softball - Rutherford bounces McNair Academic
May 22, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07302 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Rutherford Bulldogs (Rutherford, NJ) and the host McNair Academic Cougars (Jersey City, NJ), witnessed Rutherford's softball squad prevail over McNair Academic by a count of 17-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Dayton for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 28. Rutherford will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Harrison (Harrison, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-6.
With the loss, McNair Academic moves to 16-4 on the season.
