The Morris Hills Knights (Rockaway, NJ) softball nipped the host Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Knights (14-12) will now prepare for their bout against Montville (Montville, NJ). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 10-15 record. In their last bout, Montville held off NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ), 4-1, in a non-league bout.
