Maine High School Softball - Fort Kent bounces Caribou
May 22, 2025: Caribou, ME 04736 The Fort Kent Warriors softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Caribou Vikings to 2 in the Warriors non-league win on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southern Aroostook for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 24. Fort Kent will confront a Warriors team coming off a 17-4 league win over Ashland (Ashland, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Caribou moves to 2-8 on the season. The Vikings host Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME) to confront the Eagles in a Class B North battle on Monday, May 26. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 5-6. Ellsworth lost 15-1 in their recent league battle against Old Town (Old Town, ME)
