May 22, 2025: Waynesboro, VA 22980 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA) and the host Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA), observed Fort Defiance's softball squad top Waynesboro by a count of 11-0.
The Little Giants (2-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators go into the Shenandoah challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Riverheads toppled Staunton (Staunton, VA), 15-1, in a league challenge.
