Academy of the Holy Angels Angels (Demarest, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ), 6-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Angels now own a 9-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount St. Dominic Academy for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 29.

With the loss, Morristown-Beard falls to 12-7 on the campaign.
