The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN) and the host NorthWood Panthers (Nappanee, IN), saw East Noble's softball squad nip NorthWood by a count of 2-0.

The Knights now sport a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leo for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 28. East Noble will face a Lions squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Lions record now stands at 25-5.

With the loss, NorthWood falls to 12-11 on the campaign.
