Catholic Central Irish (Springfield, OH) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH), 7-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Catholic Central moves its record to 6-14 on the season. The Irish travel to Russia (Russia, OH) to battle the Raiders in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 27. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 15-10. Russia won 8-7 in their recent non-league match against Oakwood (Dayton, OH)
